We met Manny last year at the “Bokeh” live shoot at the IC Gallery. He, along with other artists, make up the Individual Collective, a group of artists of different mediums. We not only honored, but we were excited to photograph their wedding when they asked us to. Amari covered their big day as I, again, took one for the team and tended to mama duties. The ladies started off their day getting their hair done at Judith’s Hair Salon in Vallejo finishing off at the Crown Plaza in Concord.
The ceremony took place at St. Francis of Assisi in Concord with their reception at the Diablo Ranch in Walnut Creek. Amari boasted how much fun he had photographing this wedding, mostly because they were such a fun couple to work with. But aside from them, he mentioned how much fun all the family and guests were so photographing them was easy. So for all you bride and grooms out there, as a side note for your big day: HAVE FUN!
I wish I was there to help celebrate their big day but seeing all the images that Amari posted below, I really felt like I just relived it. We hope you feel the same way! Enjoy!
Congratulations Manny and Roxana!
